基于CdS-PAMAM/GNPs膜的电化学发光免疫传感器的构建及其对毒品的超灵敏检测英文摘要Construction ofelectrochemiluminescence immunosensorbasedonCdS-polyamidoamine/gold nanoparticles filmanditsultrasensitivedetection of drugsAbstrastDrugsaresubstanceswhichcanmakepeopleaddicttothem.Usually,theyare dividedintotwocategoriesofnarcoticdrugsandpsychotropicdrugs.Morphine(MOP) isthemainalkaloidofopiumandketamine(KET)belongstothenon-opium of anesthesiologydrugs.Bothofthemhavestronganestheticandanalgesiceffectsonthe centralnervoussystem.Ontheonehandtheybringseriousdamagestosocialanddrug addicts;ontheotherhandtheyrelievepaininsurgicalprocedures.Soit hasvery importantrealisticsignificancetodetectthemorphineandketaminecontentsindrug addictsandpatientswhowereinjectedmorphineandketamine.Inthispaper, well-distributedCdS/PAMAMQDswaspreparedwithPAMAMasatemplateand basedonCdS-polyamidoamine/goldnanoparticlesfilmwehavedevelopedanovelECL immunosensor.Combininghighsensitivityofelectrochemiluminescence(ECL)and selectivityofimmunoreaction,afurtherapplicationoftheECLimmunosensorwas investigated.Ithastheremarkablefeaturessuchashighsensitivity,goodselectivityand highstability.ThisECLimmunosensorwasusedtodetectmorphineandketamineand thesatisfiedresultwas obtained.Themajorworkandresults areasfollowed:Inthefirstpartofthispaper,theCdS-PAMAM/GNPsECLsensorwas configuratedanditsperformancewasstudied.Wehadsuccessfullyprepared well-distributedCdS/PAMAMQDswithPAMAMasatemplate.Transmissionelectron microscopy(TEM)figureshowedthatCdS-PAMAMQDswasabout4nminsizeand hadagooddispersibilityandstability.Thenumerousreactivegroupsonthesurfaceof dendrimerscanrendertheCdS/PAMAMQDstoassemblefirmlyontothe electrodepositedgoldnanoparticlesfilmtoconfigurateCdS-PAMAM/GNPs/Au electrode.Thefilmelectrodewascharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM) technique.TheECLperformanceoftheCdS-PAMAM/GNPswasinvestigatedinthe英文摘要基于CdS-PAMAM/GNPs膜的电化学发光免疫传感器的构建及其对毒品的超灵敏检测coreactantK2S2O8PBSsolution.TheresultsindicatingthattheelectrodepositedGNPs cooperatedwithPAMAMcanprom
