TheDesignofHeavyTruckTirePressureMonitoringSystem Basedon CANBusAbstractInrecentyears,withthegrowingofautomobileindustry,relatedelectronictechnology developingrapidlyandwidelyused.Suchasheavytruck,thetrafficaccidentscausedhuge losstopeopleslifeandpropertysafety,sopeoplesrequirementofthesafety,comfortand reliabilityofheavytrucksishigherandhigher.Andtiredefectisoneofthemostimportant reasonsforthesuddentrafficaccidents,whichisthemostdifficulttoprevent.Tireburstis oneofthemostcommoncauseoftiredefect,whichcanleadtotrafficaccidentsisalways causedbyabnormaltirepressureortiretemperatureistoohigh.Sohowtopreventtireburst hasbecomeanimportantsubjectforautomobilesecurity,thekeyistokeepstandardtire pressureandfoundthetiredefectpromptly.Sohowtomonitortirepressureandtemperature conditionsintimeis veryimportant.Inthispaper,firstofallanalysisthecurrentsituationofTPMS,thenputforwardthe suitabletypeofTPMSisthedirecttwo-wayactivetype,thendesigntheoverallstructureof thesystem,anddivideitintodifferent functionmodules,suchasCANbusmodule,the CAN/LINbusmodule,thelowfrequencyawakensmodule,TPMSmodules andpowersupply module.Secondlycompletethecircuitdesignbasedonthefunctionofeachmodule.Thedesign ofCANbusmoduleadoptstheadvancedopticalisolationchip6N137toisolatedata transmission,betweenCANbusandgroundwirejoiningthemine-resistantsurgetransient suppressiondiodes,toimprovethereliabilityandsecurityofdatatransmission.Inthelow frequencyawakensmoduleadoptsTC4422drivechip,andcircuitinductanceofLCcircuit adoptswindinginductance,toimprovethestrengthofthelowfrequency signal.Sensorsused inTPMSmodulesisSP37chip,whichcanrealizedthehighintegrationdensityand miniaturizationofthemoduledemand.AndinthedesignofPCBtakesomerulesto strengthentheabilityofanti-interference.Finallytodebugandtestthefunction,resultsshowtheCANbuscommunication functionisgood,datatransmissionisaccurateandreliable,TPMSmodulerealizedthe monitorofthetiretemperatureandpressurevalues,thewirelesscommunicationfunctionis good,sothesystem is reasonabl
