优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Changes of Serum Levels of Interleukin -10、 -13、 -15 in Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura and its Clinical Significance ABSTRACT Objective To analyse the changes of serum levels of interleukin -10，-13，-15 and partial immunological indexes in acute phase and convalescence ，including some cases with renal involvement and anothers without renal involvement in acute phase，in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP), discuss the correlation among these indicators and investigate their clinical significance． Methods According to the diagnostic criteria for HSP as defined by ‘Zhu Fu Tang Practical Pediatrics’ 7th Edition, forty children with HSP hospitalized from Sep. 2010 to May 2011 were selected as subjects of the acute phase group,including 19 cases with renal involvement and 21 cases without renal involvement .The same 40 children were used as subjects of the convalescence group after treated with regular treatment for about two weeks and the symptoms such as skin rash, abdominal pain and joint swelling pain disappeared. Twenty healthy children were selected as healthy control group. The levels of IL-10，IL-13 and IL-15 were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (SELISA) and C-reactive protein by rate nephelometry. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results 1．The acute phase serum levels of IL-10，IL-13，IL-15 and CRP in HSP children were significantly higher than that of the convalescence group and healthy controls(P 0.01 and P0.05)；when convalescent serum level of these indicators were compared with that of healthy controls, only IL-13 was significantly higher (P 0.05)，while no significant differences of IL-10，IL-15 or c-reactive protein existed (P0.05) ；2．There was significant correlation between acute phase serum levels of IL-10，IL-13, IL-15 and CRP in HSP children. 3．IL –10，–13，–15 levels with renal involvement were significantly higher than that of without renal involvement (P 0.05)； IgA in HSP
