AbstractWith the popularity of 3G technology and mobile internet, Android and ios ,as a representative of the smart phone, are gradually used by more and more consumers.While the smartphone brings much fun for peoples life, the Proliferation of mobile data traffic via accessing network also gradually become a controversial topic.Especially in recent years, the malicious flow suction for illegal fee and Trojan plugin begin to be more and more rampant,which causes many cosumers to miserable.In this paper, based on Android platform,we start our work from the two levels of application layer and linux kernel respectively, focus on the traffic monitoring technology on Android system, discuss a very subtle plugin technology which steals smartphone network flow and it runs in the background. The technology intercepts Netfilter Hook, tampers with the contents of web pages, thus it is very difficult to detect that phone traffic is increased. we also develop a Android traffic monitoring tool, which will make monitoring each application on the phone very convinient and have and also have traffic statistics function.
