In other words, the numbered outstanding fashion designers decide what will be popular this season, and what will become the new fashion. But most people can’t believe this fact. The spies are curious about the latest technology. Then they bring it to their designers, creating the newest design projects which are based on the technical achievement together. In the other words, fashion is decided by outstanding designers and don’t relate to the masses. Lower market follows the example of the designs and makes it become popular.
