摘　　要 随着计算机和网络的发展，在我们生活中的方方面面都有计算机技术的渗透。随着网络从军事走向民用，企业认知到了计算机的优势。特别是企业中的人力资源管理，由于人力资源制度的不断改革，各级人事部门对人力资源信息管理计算机化的需求也与日俱增。如何有效的利用人力资源，如何让人力资源为我们的企业提供良好的后勤保证，都是企业管理者的挑战。所以，一个实用的人力资源管理系统对于企业是非常重要的。 在本文中第一章主要对系统的开发背景、目的和意义的相关的分析；然后是对本系统进行需求分析；第三章主要是明确系统总体设计思路，对数据库进行分析设计；第四章是对系统的模块进行详细的设计，以及软件代码的实现；最后是对软件的测试，验证软件是否实用，是否达到了企业的需求。 关键词 人力资源管理系统；B/S结构；组合条件查询 Abstract With the popularization and rapid development of computer technology, computer technology in all areas of our lives and the network application.
