题 目 变速箱冷油器托架弯曲模具设计
摘要
我做的课题是汽车上的变速箱冷油器托架弯曲模具设计。此产品零件需要冲孔落料、翻边、弯曲三道工序完成。本文主要是根据弯曲工序,设计一套弯曲模具,完成零件第三道序的加工生产。设计内容主要包括零件展开尺寸、排样和材料利用率以及弯曲力的计算;压力中心的计算和压力机的选择;模具结构的设计;模具主要零件的设计和模具装配技术要求等等。在设计过程中除了有说明书外,还包括模具装配图,非标准零件的零件图。本文介绍的模具结构简单,安全可靠,满足设计的要求。这次的毕业设计锻炼了我的个人能力,使我了解了模具的设计流程,获益匪浅。

Abstract
The issue is I do automotive transmission oil cooler bracket bending mold design. Process analysis requires punching blanking, flanging, bending three processes to complete the parting this paper, the crooked paths sequence, the design of a bending mold to complete the processing and production parts. With instructions in the design process, including the mold assembly drawing, parts drawing of the non-standard parts. This article describes the mold structure is simple, safe, reliable, and meet the design requirements. The designs of graduation exercise my personal understanding of the mold design process, so I benefited.
