基于Moldflow的手机壳体的模流分析及注塑模设计摘要 本文设计采用一模两腔式的注射模，用于成型手机壳体,手机壳体的内部结构较复杂，要求精度高，表面美观。首先使用Moldflow软件进行浇口位置的分析，然后进行流动、冷却分析，软件还带有实验设计内容，利用正交兼因子实验法分析最佳工艺参数，确定合适的加工条件。这极大地缩短了试模和调整工艺的工作量，更易在模具设计中获得最佳质量的制件此制件的注塑模具设计是基于Pro/E设计，利用软件进行分型面，浇注系统和滑块设计，装配模具，提高工作效率。模具结构为点浇口三板式模具，外侧抽芯机构采用斜导柱定模抽芯机构和弹簧定模侧向抽芯机构，内侧抽芯采用斜推杆抽芯机构。同时为了使得制件表面光滑美观，抽芯机构的摆放也尽量在侧表面不留下拼接痕迹。制件的选用材料是新的塑料品种PC+ABS，能够提高手机的美观性，又由于其良好的流动性，更易获得高质量的制件。 关键词：Moldflow,侧向抽芯,点浇口, Pro/E Moldflow Analysis Based on Moldflow And Design of Injection Mold For Mobile Phone Shell Abstract This design uses a two cavity mold injection mold for forming cell phone , cell phone shells internal structure is complex, requiring high precision and surface appearance. First, using Moldflow software for the analysis of location of the gate, and then cooling analysis, experimental design software with the content, the use of orthogonal experimental method and factor analysis of the optimal parameters,determine the appropriate processing conditions. This greatly reduces pilot workloadmodel and adjusting the process, more in the mold design to get the best quality parts 。 The parts of the injection mold design is based on Pro/E design, the use of software surface, casting systems, and the slider design, assembly tooling, improve work efficiency. Mold structure for the point gate three plate mold, the lateral pulling mechanism with oblique column-fixed mold core pulling mechanism and spring scheduled to side pulling mechanism, the inner core with oblique pumping puttingpulling mechanism. And to enable the workpiece surface is smooth and beautiful, core-pulling mechanism is also placed in the side of surface as possible without leavingtraces of stitching. Parts of the new plastic material is selected varieties of PC + ABS, to improve the phones aesthetics, but also because of its excellent liquidity, easier access to high-quality parts.
