砂轮切断机自动进给系统设计 摘 要：最近十年，随着我国国民经济的不断发展，在实际产生运用中需要砂轮切断机也越来越广泛，尤其在机械行业和建筑领域很多地方都要用到砂轮切断机来对材料进行加工，切断，因此占据着非常重要的地位，砂轮切断机已经成为了钢铁以及其它硬质材料加工不可缺少的主要设备之一。由于传统的砂轮切断机效率低、耗能高、劳动强度高、加工质量低、工人工作环境差，对我国砂轮切断行业的发展有着很大的制约性，也对我国国民经济的发展也有一定程度的影响。传统的砂轮切断机多数都是手工型的；在他的加工过程中，很多都是采用人工控制砂轮切断机的进给，没有自动切割系统以及自动进给系统，从而导致了上述问题，对该型产品在今后的发展和竞争斗有着很大的影响。 本文为设计一种拥有自动切割系统和自动进给系统的砂轮切断机，整个过程全部由电气控制，切割系统与进给系统都采用液压驱动，而且还详细地介绍夹紧方式、切断装置的原理以及自动切割的整个设计过程。 关键词：电气控制；自动进给；砂轮切断 ?
