摘 要 本次毕业设计的选题是三维动画《Mirror》，应动画专业毕业设计的要求，设计了一部时长为四分钟的三维动画短片。这部动画主要讲述了一个失去母亲的小女孩通过一场梦境，从失落悲伤中走出来的故事。 第一部分市场调研报告，根据本选题设计的三维要求，采用问卷调查的方式，对18-24岁的在校大学生进行了市场调研。经过我们的研究发现，三维动画的受众越来越多，商业价值日益增高，为我们三维动画的制作奠定了市场基础。 第二部分文献研究报告，根据本选题设计对于角色动作的要求，对网络上，图书馆中对于制作三维动画的相关文献理论进行研究，重点对三维角色的动作，使用实验的方法进行研究，总结出优秀的动画必须要以流畅的动作为前提的结论，为设计三维动画提供了指导。 第三部分设计实验报告，根据本选题设计剧本，分镜头，场景设计，贴图的要求，策划了多套方案，经过反复的讨论与修改，最终确定以主角的心情变化来进行场景的转化，用场景的贴图在色彩方面慢慢变得丰富多彩来表现主角的走出悲伤。 第四部分设计自评报告，从设计理念、与市场的结合、设计创作能力、设计作品的社会效益四个方面进行综合评价，重点对场景设计及其色彩变化进行评论。 关键词：三维动画；色彩；贴图；动作 Abstract The topic of this graduation design is a 3D animation Mirror should graduate professional animation design requirements, the design of the length of a four minutes of three-dimensional animated short.
