IP网络计费系统的研究设计 摘要 论文题目:IP网络计费系统的研究开发 专业: 电气工程 导师: 作者: 摘要 本文深入研究了网络计费技术的原理和体系结构，探索了网络计费系 统的实现技术，包括基于WEB的信息系统三层体系结构、软件开发标准 一CMM、面向对象技术、RADIUS认证记费技术、网络数据流量采集与 整合技术等。 在理论研究的基础上，作者结合企业实际需求开发了IP电话计费和 综合管理系统，并投入实际运行。该系统包括对IP电话卡的支持，固定 电话直拨IP电话的支持，以及费率、账单等运营需要的业务的管理等功 能。系统采用三层结构模型，应用对象设计方法、CORBA技术实现。在 项目开发过程中，遵循CMM的开发管理规范标准。系统在平台化和扩展 性方面具有独到的设计，具有实用性和先进性。 【关键词】 计费 认证 数据采集CORBA三层结构 IP网络RADIUS CMM记费引擎  Abstract Title:ResearchDevelopment of IP Network Billing Major:Electric Engineering Teacher: Author: Abstract The article is about billing of IP network, especially on the aspects of theory and structure tiers web structure ，It has researched the reality of IP billing，include three CMM of SEI, OOB technology, RADIUS protocol netflow and the technology of integration. Based on the study of theories, the author had developed a VoIP billing and management system. The result product is in use today. That system support prepaid card of VoIP and direct dial to IP with local telephone. The system also has rich kinds of rate policy and many management sub systems on operation support. The infrastructure of system based on the tiers BJS structure. The OOB is used in the design and we use CORBA technology in the program.
