北京市出租车行业管理中的问题与对策 摘 要 北京出租车产业是改革开放后，在体制外生长起来的、兼有经营性与公共服务 性的产业。出租车是一个城市的“窗口”，也是一个城市一道流动的风景线。出租 车的兴起，对方便市民和游客的出行，促进北京市经济发展起到了积极作用。但由 于诸多原因，出租车市场的经营环境和行业管理还存在一些亟待解决的问题。 本文主要通过对北京市出租车行业整体概况及其发展过程中所产生的问题进 行分析，并且提出可行性的建议，仅为解决北京市出租车行业管理中的问题提供参 考。 关键词：出租车行业 经营环境 行业管理 I 北京市出租车行业管理中的问题与对策 Abstract Beijing taxi industry is the reform and opening up, growing up in outside the system, both business and public service industries ，Taxi is the “window” of a city , A mobile is also a city landscape. However, due to many reasons, the taxi market to the business environment and industry management that there are still some issues requiring urgent solution.
