This Standard establishes the grades of titanium and wrought titanium alloys designed for unfinished items production (sheets, belts, foil, flats, plates, bars, shapes, pipes, forged pieces and stamped blanks) by a wrought method, and also for ingots. The terms of this Standard are obligatory. 2. The titanium and titanium alloys grades and chemical composition shall comply with those specified in the table. The hydrogen mass fraction is specified for ingots. 3. The aluminum mass fraction of no more than 0.30 % is allowed in titanium of grade ВТ1-00, and of no more than 0.70 % in titanium of grade ВТ1-0. 4. The aluminum mass fraction shall be 3.5 to 4.5 % in the flat section of alloy of grade ВТ14 up to 10 mm thick, and 4.5 to 6.3 % in other types of unfinished items. 5.
