China is supposed to make efforts in controlling excessive consumption and reduce oil waste through advancing technology. However, according to large population, Chinese self-supply resource is far more deficient than enough, which adversely influence global supply-need pattern. Chinese oil interests can be secured only when we carry on more global exploitation, further participate in world oil security system and actively absorb oil-saving technology and experience from other countries. In addition, modification industrial structure, alteration of high energy-supported extensive economic growth style and active research in substitutable resource are the necessary measures. This article further discuss about how oil price make a dent in Chinese economy on the basis of analysis in oil price forming mechanism and its various disadvantages in the past during evolving^ Nowadays, under the situation of continued soar of oil price in international market, efficient solutions and strategies are talked about for China to learn from developed countries to avoid bad economic influence caused by high oil price. The contents are divided into four part of five chapters. The first part is Chapter One, which mainly introduces significance of topic choice, list of material quoted and main opinion. The second part is composed by Chapter Two and Three, which generally analyze international oil price waving trend，oil price forming mechanism, its evolvement and existing problems in China.
