Solve the recent social problems and make the society and people better at present as well as ensure the long interest of the nation 1.尽管ideal有诸多坏处（太空洞，实现起来比较遥远，不能立即让民众得到实惠），但是要有一个东西作为一个目标，努力的方向，可能最后达不到，但是结果多数是发展的更好。 2.太ideal了很不好，会脱离实际，引起民众不满。而必须赢得民众的支持一个政府才能良好的运行下去。要考虑common ground and reasonable consensus.被民众选举，并且选出来是要代表民众的。 3.两者是互补的。相容。Be compatible.
