内蒙古财经大学本科毕业论文中国企业社会责任问题研究作 者系 别 工商管理学院 专 业工 商 管 理 年 级08工商管理（2）班学 号802055454 指导教师导师职称副 教 授 内容摘要随着全球经济的发展，企业社会责任这一话题越来越受到社会的关注。加之近些年来我国在食品等领域接连出现企业社会责任缺失的问题，企业社会责任已经成为国家、社会、企业、公民关注的焦点。当前，企业社会责任的缺失现象已不再局限于单个企业。行业性的责任缺失情况不断涌现，更大范围地冲击着社会的道德底线。虽然近些年来我国越来越多的企业开始发布《企业社会责任报告》，但承担社会责任的企业大多都是国有企业，总体来看承担企业社会责任的企业所占比重仍然较少。本文就我国企业社会责任履行现状进行了说明，同时分析了我国企业社会责任存在的问题以及这些问题存在的原因。最后，针对我国企业社会责任所存在的问题提出了几点建议。关键字：企业社会责任 问题 对策AbstractWith the development of global economy, corporate social responsibility ismore and more intentioned by the society. Together with, in recentyears our country appear the absence of social responsibility in food and other fields, corporate social responsibility has become a focus ,which is intentioned by country, society, enterprise and citizen. At present, the phenomenon of lack of social responsibility is no longer confined to a single enterprise. Industry responsibility cases continue to emerge, greater impact on social moral bottom line. Although in recent years our country more and more enterprises begin to release corporate social responsibility report, but the social responsibility of the enterprise is a state-owned enterprise, the overall corporate social responsibility of the enterprise the proportion is still less. This paper on China’s corporate social responsibility status is described, while the analysis of the corporate social responsibility in China Problems and the reasons of these problems.
