年产40万吨涂布白卡纸制浆造纸综合工厂设计 日产1200吨涂布白卡纸抄纸车间 本设计以日产1200吨的涂布白卡纸的抄纸车间为设计对象，采用VOITH稀释水式流浆箱， 长网造纸机，生产定量为250g/m2的白卡纸，以满足市场对白卡纸的需求。本生产线白卡纸经备降，前处理，上浆，长网成形，三辊三区压榨，前段烘干，表面施胶，四次涂布，后干燥，软压光等工序后制成。本设计参考广西金桂浆纸业公司年产40万吨包装用纸纸机设计，各技术指标达国家标准。本设计的主要内容有：厂址选择、生产工艺设计己相应主要设备选型介绍、浆水平衡计算、车间布置及技术经济的评价，并论证了自控仪表、环境保护和防火等问题。 关键词：包装用纸 抄纸 扩初设计 环境保护 The subject is designed for a Paper Mill Which Has the Limited Production of 1200Tons of Coated White Board Paper Per Day ABSTRACT The subject is designed for a paper mill which has the limited production of 1200 tons of coated white board mill paper per day,emphasis on designing the woek-place of paper-making. The headbox made by Voith and 9770mm long-former paper machine are used. The machine is used to product the coated white board paper whose specified basis weight is 250g/m2 to satisfy the need of fine paper market. Passing the stock preparation, short circulation,headbox,nap-formation with three press-nips consisted of three rolls, pre-dryer,Sym-sizer,twice coating,after-dryer,soft calender,and so on,at last,thepaper forms,This design consults Jing Gui Paper Limited company who produces 400000 tons coated whte board paper per year,qingzhou,guangxi.The technical indicator of the coated white board paperhave reach the international standard.The main section of the design are divided into several parts:choosing the location of the factory,designing the technological process and major equipment choice,calculating balance of pulp and water,work place assign and technical economy,what is more,the design discusses the environmental protection and security issue in the end. KEY WORDS fine paper,9770mm,nap-former paper machine,Design,GEP, Environment protection 绪论 1.1设计依据 涂布白板纸是在原纸板涂上白色涂料后经整饰加工后制成的加工类纸板，主要用于大面彩色印刷后的包装盒等。涂布白板纸的布面白度较高，平滑度、吸油墨性和印刷光泽度都较好，具有良好的挺度和较高的耐折度，既能进行高质量的色彩印刷，又能满足包装的要求，因而是中高档商品包装的优质材料。随着我国经济的发展，人们对产品的外观要求越来越高，这促使作为包装材料的涂布白板纸的需求急剧增加。 2006年国内白卡纸及白板纸的产量为940万吨，比上年增长18.99%，同年进口73万吨，同比下降19.78%，出口41万吨
