The re son seem s to include the doubt for the “r tion lity”from the intern l nd the severe competition from the extern l. But the prim ry re son depends on the m ny problem s existing in the process of sel-f development of priv te higher institutions, result of comprehensive function between the intern l nd the extern l. It is necess ry for us to st nd on the point of sust in ble development nd he lthy develop- ment of students to ch nge the ide nd provide the good environment. We should recognize w ell th t “Our higher educ tion field is seller m rket” nd estim te objectively the develop- ment sp ce for our priv te higher institutions.
