Property Times Marseilles – Q2 2010 Dynamic market confirmed 29 July 2010 Following a considerable slowdown in 2008, the Marseilles office market fared well in 2009 thanks to a number of one-off public sector transactions. In the first half-year (H1) of 2010 take-up Contents stood at 35,000 sq m, an increase on H1 2009 (28,000 sq m).
