利用花青素基因标记研究正反交对玉米杂交种主要性状影响 冯汉宇江颖张立全张晓东北京市农林科学院北京农业生物技术研究中心北京 100097 摘要 为了明了花青素基因在玉米杂交种组织、器官中表达情况,我们用转花青素基因的不同性状T1代分离株系与自交系B73-329分五种类型进行杂交,通过正反交试验发现:用转基因株系作为母本的杂交植株有的存在表型分离,用B73-329作为母本的杂交株不存在表型分离。不存在分离表型的转基因杂交株,颖紫色,苞叶、茎鞘紫色,气生根紫色,这与对照不同;转基因杂交株叶绿色,与转基因分离株系有的叶紫色不同;转基因杂交植株绝大部分花丝黄,个别花丝红,与转基因分离株系及对照花丝黄不同;转基因杂交种籽粒绝大部分黄色;抽丝、散粉期,株高,穗位高与对照差异不大,而且大部分产量比对照低。 以上可知转基因玉米杂交制种试验应用非转基因材料作为母本。 关键词中图分类号: 文献标志码: Using Anthocyanins as a Gene Marker to Study Effect of Reciprocal Crosses on Main Characters of Maize Hybrids Feng Hanyu, Jiang Ying, Zhang Liquan, Zhang Xiaodong (Beijing Agro-Biotechnology Research Center,Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, Beijing 100097) Abstract: The aims to studied expression state of anthocyanin gene in tissues and organ of transgenic maize hybrids, T1 generation different character transgenic maize isolates from using anthocyanins as a gene marker were crossed with maize inbred lines B73-329, classification was conducted with different five plant types. We found that by reciprocal crosses experiment, hybrid plants were phenotype isolation using transgenic maize isolates as female parent, hybrid plants were not phenotype isolation using maize inbred lines B73-329 as female parent. transgenic hybrid plants were not phenotype isolation with purple glume, purple husk, purple sheath and purple aerial root, which were different from ck; leaves of transgenic hybrids were green which were different from some leaf-purple T1 generation transgenic maize isolates; silkings of transgenic hybrids were yellow mostly, some were red, which were different from yellow silkings of CK and transgenic maize isolates; kernels of transgenic hybrid were yellow mostly; silking days, anthering days, ear height, plant height were not different from CK; yields of transgenic hybrids were lower than CK mostly. Above all, we know that common inbred lines should be using as female parent for transgenic hybrid experiment. Key words: maize; reciprocal cross; character;
