摘要：随着2008年申奥成功及国民健康意识的提高，全民健身与“体育为人人，健康为人人”的国际大众体育相接轨的一项系统工程，在党和政府的大力支持下，已经跨入了新的历史纪元。随着经济的发展和改革的深入，人民生活水平得到很大的提高，大众对自己的健康越来越关心，提高生活质量成为人们追求的价值取向。1995年6月20日，国务院正式颁布了《全民健身计划纲要》，标志着我国的群众体育进入了一个全面发展的新阶段，为进一步推动人们健康活动的开展提供了良好的契机和有利条件。文章采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对醴陵市城区居民参与体育锻炼的现状进行调查，并对调查结果进行数理统计、分析和研究。根据醴陵市全民健身计划的总目标，为大力开发醴陵市大众体育市场和积极培养社会体育指导队伍以及为群众体育的广泛开展提供理论依据，提出可行的意见及建议。从而提高醴陵市城区居民的身体素质，配合《全民健身计划纲要》的顺利实施，促进醴陵市体育事业的蓬勃发展。 关键词：醴陵市、城区居民、体育锻炼、现状 Abstract：Because 2008 states Ao success and citizen health the exaltation of consciousness, international populations athletics of the civil workout and athletics behavior person, health behavior persons connecting a system engineering of track , under the supporting strongly of party and government, has already across to go into new history beginning of a reign. The article adopts the present condition progress that the methods, such as cultural heritage data and questionnaire...etc. toughens versus the Li participation athletics of resident from city zone in Ling City investigation, and make exchange to check result progress Mathematical Statistics, analysis and search. Do exercise to keep fit according to all the people in the Ling City of Li the catalogue of program mark, for devote major efforts tapping the Li population athletics market in Ling City and actively develop the social athletics instruction troops and provide a theory for extensively developing of crowds athletics basis, propose viable opinion and suggestion.
