? 为规范本公司生产设备设施的变更管理，消除或减少由于变更而引起的潜在事故隐患，特制定本制度。This system is formulated to standardize the management of the changes in the production equipment and facilities of the Company and eliminate or reduce the potential accident threats caused by the changes.
2 范围Scope of Application
本制度适用于公司生产过程中工艺技术、设备设施等永久性或暂时性的变化。This system applies to the permanent or temporary changes to the technologies, equipment and facilities in the production processes of the Company.
3 职责Responsibility
3.1 变更申请人负责提出书面变更申请。The applicant for a change is responsible for filing a written application.
3.2 各部门负责归口部门的变更审核。The responsible units of the various departments are responsible for examining the application.
3.3 总经理负责变更的审批。The general manager is responsible for approving the application.
3.4 变更的审核部门负责对变更情况进行验收。The department examining the change is responsible for accepting the change effected.
4 内容Content
4.1 变更分类 Categories of Change
(1) 工艺技术变更包括以下内容：changes in technologies include:
a.工艺参数的变更；changes in the technical parameters;
