There are four categories of services categorised as “NON-NHS” which are listed on four A4 posters on pages 4 - 7, and on patient agreement forms on pages 8 - 11. These services generally incur a private fee payable to the Practice. Patient access to medical records requests and charges are dealt with under a separate policy.
