When the water rise close to main deck .Then stop injecting by ballast pipe or liquid cargo pipe, inject by fire fighting water .Let water rise to 2.4m high above top of tank , Holding for 15 minutes. Then the leak of the welding seam and structure deformation will be checked in the liquid cargo tank. 2、涂层海水试验：在强度试验后，排出海水至舱底约1.5米处，将液舱舱口盖关闭24小时，然后将海水泵出液舱。 Seawater test for cargo coating: After strength test, pump out seawater to approximately 1.5 meter from tank bottom. Close the tank for 24 hours. Then, draining the tank seawater. 四、试验前准备工作：Preparing before test 1.试验前必须熟悉图纸及试验的工艺要求，带齐部分与试验相关的船东/船检报验合格单，和进行结构和焊缝近观水密检验的粉笔，抹布等必要的照明； 1. Read the drawing and test procedure text，prepare reply tables for ship owner and class surveyors.
