《中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策》.doc

摘 要 我国中小企业自改革开放以来，在促进我国经济增长、提供服务、解决就业等方面发挥了突出的作用，成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用。当前经济全球化，市场竞争激烈，我国中小企业的生存和发展也面临着极大的机遇与挑战。一个企业的兴衰与财务息息相关，企业管理必须以财务管理为中心，它是企业经济管理活动的内容之一，是企业活动、经济效果、经济利益最直接、最集中、最综合的体现。因此财务管理对中小企业成长和发展的作用极其重要。然而在经济高速发展的同时，中小企业自身规模小，资金技术构成低，以及外部宏观经济对其影响等因素存在诸多问题。 本文针对中小企业财务管理存在的问题进行探究，并根据问题提出相应的解决办法和改进措施，充分发挥财务管理在我国中小企业的作用，使中小企业健康快速的发展。 关键词：中小企业；财务管理；问题；对策 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country since reform and opening up, in promoting Chinas economic growth, providing services and solving employment has played a prominent role, become an important part of national economy in our country, on economic development and social stability plays an important role in promoting.
