高考热点 定语从句 定语从句是中学阶段英语语法中十分重要的一个语法项目。它在句子中出现的频率很高。对正确理解句子的意义起着举足轻重的作用。定语从句分为：限制性定语从句和非限制性定语从句。 （一）定义及相关术语 1．定语从句： 2．先行词：被定语从句修饰的词叫先行词。 3．关系词：引导定语从句的词叫关系词。（可以做从句的主语，宾语等） 关系词有关系代词和关系副词。 关系代词有that, which, who, whom, whose, as等； 关系副词有when, where, why等。 关系词通常有下列三个作用：A、引导定语从句；B、代替先行词；C、在定语从句中担当一个成分。 例如： The man who is shaking hands with my father is a policeman. 该句中，who is shaking hands with my father 是 ，修饰先行词 ， “who”是引导定语从句的 ，代替先行词the man，在定语从句中作 。 各个击破 全面理解先行词 先行词不一定是一个词，也可以是短语， The woman who lives next door is a famous dancer He who laughs last laughs best He arrived an hour later,which annoyed me very much 正确找出先行词 观察下列句子，找出先行词 there is a very interesting remark in a book by a man who is a great American writer There is a very interesting remark in a book by a man who is a great American writer that I read recently. 弄清关系词的含义 Who whom which that when where why 小试身手 指出下列句子中的先行词，关系词，主句和从句 以及关系词在从句中充当的成分并翻译下列句子。 1.
