Their final scores will up to their activity stars. 2. T: What did you do in the winter holiday? Collect different answers from the students. Share some interesting things about the teacher’s winter holiday. 1. Pay attention to the class. 2. Answer the teacher’s questions. Step 2 Presentation 1. T: During the winter holiday, I made some pen pals from different countries on internet. Present “pen pal” on the blackboard. Ask students “Do you have a pen pal?”(Yes/No) they may not know what is pen pal, so I will explain to them. Then show them some photos of my pen pals and let the students guess what countries they are from, they can speak in Chinese. Then teach the names of the countries in English and show them the map. 2.
