[交通运输]航空电气系统的故障电弧分析
摘 要 飞机电气系统中由于绝缘老化等问题而引发的故障电弧是威胁航行安全的重大隐患。本文以航空故障电弧为研究对象,首先对航空中电缆产生故障的原因和常用的排除故障方法进行了总结,以飞机供电系统为例,对飞机供电环境的参数进行了介绍,同时指出了飞机供电方式的特点。分析了电弧的类型及其形成机理,为后文进行仿真做了铺垫。与故障电弧紧密相连的是电弧故障断路器(AFCI),本文对电弧故障断路器(AFCI)做了简单的介绍,再结合家用断路器的工作原理,简单介绍了家用电弧故障断路器(AFCI)与航空电弧故障断路器的简单区别,对航空故障电弧断路器进行了设计。为了分析电弧故障现象,利用MATLAB软件对电弧进行了初步仿真。给出了Mayr和Cassie电弧模型, 阐述了在MATLAB软件平台上构建电弧模型的原理与方法,通过对MATLAB软件的学习,以及用Simulink进行仿真,最后完成故障电弧的仿真模型的建立。 关键词:航空; 电弧模型;仿真;电弧故障断路器 Fault Arc Analysis of Aircraft Electrical Systems Abstract The insulation equipments in the electricity power system has passed their teen age, henceforth there exists a potential security threaten spelled from the fault arc. The major subject for research in this thesis is the arc-fault in the air-craft for aviation, to begin with, it may be necessary to investigate the main courses of the faults in the wiring system and then summarize the custom methods to solve the arc-fault, make clearly based on which kind of the electrical environment the wiring had been exposed. Take the electricity power supplement system for instance, a short introduction has been placed to describe the main parameters in the power system for air-craft, meanwhile the pattern both and the characteristic of the power supply in the air-craft turned out to be more specified. Secondly, analyzed the corresponding characters of the arc-fault in the airspace in detail, based on acknowledging the electricity environment of the air-craft, in this progress the pattern and the generation of the arc has been included, offering a forehand reference for the simulation afterwards. Make a fundamental simulation to detect the fault using the software of Matlab for the purpose of analyzing the phenomenon of are-fault. The arc modes of Mayr and Cassie has been displayed to introduce the theory and method to establish the arc equation with the software of Matlab, the final result in our thesis are voltage and current of the arc-fault supported by the technology of Matlab and Simulink.
