沈阳工业大学硕士学位论文格式规范 PAGE - - PAGE 28 我国文化产业的贸易现状及对策 Situation and Countermeasures of Chinas cultural industry trade 学 院：经济学院 专 业 班 级：国际贸易0803 学 号：081001066 学 生 姓 名： 靳帅军 指 导 教 师：邱爱莲 2012 年 6 月 摘要 随着经济全球化进程和知识经济的来临，文化产业在一国经济与社会发展中日趋重要，文化经济与其影响力已经成为综合国力的重要内容。从世界范围看,不少发达国家的文化产业作为新兴朝阳产业成为了国家的主导产业,越来越多发展中国家的文化产业也逐渐成为国民经济的新增长点。文化产业已经成为世界经济贸易中的一个最具活力的部门。因此，文化贸易在近几年里发展迅速而且在世界贸易总额中所占的比重越来越大。 近年来，虽然我国的对外贸易去取得了飞速发展，但是对外文化贸易却远远落后于国家对外贸易的总体增长幅度，而且还存在着结构不合理，知识产权侵权问题频发，贸易逆差严重，科技含量和创新能力低，出口的文化产品结构单一，文化品牌缺失等诸多问题，这都需要我们对文化产业的发展走出一个全新的剖析和规划。 本文从文化产业包括的内容，重要性以及我国文化产业的贸易现状，并分析了制约我国文化产业发展的问题，提出了振兴我国文化产业，增强我国文化产业贸易额，扩大我国文化产业的国际影响力，改善贸易现状的对策。 Abstract With the advent of the process of economic globalization and the knowledge economy, cultural industries are becoming increasingly important in a countrys economic and social development, culture and economy and its influence has become an important content of the comprehensive national strength. From a global perspective, the cultural industries of many developed countries as an emerging sunrise industries to become the leading industry of the country, an increasing number of cultural industries in developing countries has become a new economic growth point. The cultural industry has become one of the most dynamic sectors in the world economy and trade. Therefore, the cultural trade has developed rapidly in recent years and increasingly large share of total world trade. In recent years, Chinas foreign trade has achieved rapid development, but the foreign trade in culture lags far behind the overall growth rate of the countrys foreign trade, but also the existence of the structure is irrational, intellectual property infringement frequent, severe trade deficit.low technological content and innovation capacity, the export of cultural products in a single structure, the lack of cultural brand and many other issues, which require a new analysis and planning out the development of cultural industr
