青岛理工大学 毕 业 设 计 题目：中航华福工程建设 有限公司会计制度设计 学生姓名： 学生学号： 院系名称： 专业班级： 指导教师： 2013 年 06月15日摘 要 会计制度设计置于整个企业宏观管理的全局之中，对整个企业都有着至关重要的作用。虽然我国的统一会计制度的内容发生了许多变化，但它至今仍是我国会计规范体系的基本组成部分。基于这种形式，本设计遵循着发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路展开论述和分析。本企业生产经营规模较大、会计从业人员较少，在内部控制岗位设置和职责划分上容易产生重叠交叉现象，影响企业的经营和发展。因此，结合现有的会计制度，与企业实际结合，从几大方面对会计制度进行改进并重新设计，制作出适合本企业的会计制度。 本企业会计制度主要依据新企业会计准则，从企业的实际情况出发，以企业内部控制系统为设计支点，结合统筹学和流程管理的要求，既满足企业实际经营和发展的需要，又能保证提供企业会计信息的真实性和完整性。 关键词：会计制度；会计账簿；会计账务处理程序；会计报表 ABSTRACT Accounting reform and development of small and medium-sized enterprise business characteristics and management mode has changed dramatically.at present, we should give full consideration to the production characteristics of the small and medium-sized enterprise itself and to the different needs of accounting information, in the accounting system design, further clear and perfect the small and medium-sized enterprises, establish and improve the property management system, and accelerate development of small and medium-sized enterprise accounting system and information disclosure system. The enterprise accounting system mainly based on the new accounting standard for business enterprises, starting from the actual situation of enterprises, enterprise internal control system the design basis, combining with TongChouXue and process management requirements, satisfy the need of enterprise actual operation and development, and to guarantee the authenticity and integrity of enterprise accounting information. This paper will be divided into two parts, the first part embarks from the introduction enterprise actual situation, introduced the shortcoming of existing accounting system enterprise.
