经济型数控机床电动机保护器设计 摘 要 电动机在国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用，电动机能否正常运行直接影响着生产，甚至可使生产中断，故对电动机的保护就非常重要了。本文介绍了一种以微芯公司的单片机dsPIC30F6014为核心的智能电动机综合保护器。本系统主要由电源模块、三相电流取样模块、键盘控制模块、LED显示块、及单片机控制模块组成。通过对三相线电流的实时线性取样,实现对电动机过流、过载、欠流、缺相、三相不平衡、接地/漏电、外部故障等进行保护。同时，本系统还具有强大的控制功能和检测功能。其最大特点是利用微型控制器的存储记忆、逻辑判断和数值运算等强大信息处理功能,克服模拟式继电保护的不足,实现性能稳定、动作速度快、灵敏度高、可靠性好的保护要求和更高的技术指标,提高电动机的工作效率，使其更顺利的工作，更好地服务于生产。 关键词:单片机;三相电动机;保护器 CNC Machine Tool Design Motor Protection Abstract Motor in the national economy play a decisive role, the motor can directly affect the normal operation of the production, and even allows the production interruption, the protection of the motor is very important. This paper introduces a Microchip dsPIC30F6014 microcontroller company at the core of the intelligent motor protector. This system mainly by the power modules, three-phase current sampling module, keyboard control module, LED display pieces, and SCM control module.
