摘 要　 中小企业融资困难的问题俨然已成为制约中小企业发展最大的“瓶颈”。 我国目前中小企业融资难存在企业本身﹑金融机制﹑政府三个层面的原因，为此要制定相应的治理对策：企业要加快发展，切实提高盈利能力，增强自身信用观念，努力拓展融资渠道和方式；金融机构要解放思想积极创新，逐步消除对中小企业的金融抑制，建立多层次的信用担保制度；政府要完善政策法律法规，加大对企业制度支持和金融扶持力度。本文的目的就是通过结合中小企业发展特点及融资现状分析，揭露出融资问题的根本原因，找出切实可行的解决方法，以缓解这种融资障碍。本文研究对于广大民营企业拓展融资渠道，缓解融资压力有较大意义。 关键词 中小企业，融资， 分析， 对策  ABSTRACT Financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises problem peremptory constraints sme development has become the biggest bottleneck.There are 3 aspects of reasons that consist of enterprise themselves， finance system and government， which lead to the difficulty in the SMEs of China. So we must search for the relevant ways to solve them： The first， enterprises need to accelerate their improvement， raise the ability of making profit factually， enhance themselves‘conception on credit， and expand the financing channel and way hardly. The second， the finance organizations need to liberate thought and bring forth new ideas actively， dispel the financial repression to the SMEs gradually， and build several levels of institutions of credit guarantee. The third， the govern-ment needs to improve the laws and regulations， and increase the supports of institutions and finance for the SMEs. The purpose of this paper is to through the combined with small and medium-sized enterprise development characteristics and financing status analysis, revealed financing, find out the root cause of the problem of feasible solutions, to alleviate the financing obstacles. This paper studies the private enterprises to develop for financing channels, ease financial pressures have larger significance.
