洛阳理工学院毕 业 论 文( 设 计 )油井水泥降失水剂的现状和发展2014年 5 月 25 日油井水泥降失水剂的现状和发展摘 要油井水泥降失水剂是一种能控制水泥浆中液相向渗透性地层滤失,从而保持水泥浆有适合的水灰比的材料。固井时水泥浆只有保持较高的水灰比,才能够从套管泵送至井下,然后从环空位置返至恰当的位置。如果水泥浆大量“失水”,水泥浆的密度、稠化时间、流变性能随之改变,甚至不可泵送,就会导致固井失败;大量的水进入某一地层中也会导致该地层性质受到不同程度的影响。降失水剂的意义就在于:1.防止水污染油气层,有利于提高采收率;2.保护水敏性地层;3.防止水泥浆在渗透地层先期脱水而终止水化;4.防止环空气窜;5.增强保水作用,提高顶替效果。本文主要讲述的是油井水泥降失水剂的国内、国外的现状和发展,介绍了降失水剂在油井水泥中所发挥的重要作用,降失水剂的应用环境及适用范围,传统降失水剂的优势和缺点及性能,还有新型降失水剂的优势与不足,新型降失水剂的发展方向。由于国内起步较晚,所以在油井水泥降失水剂方面的发展还需努力和提高才能赶上国际先进水平。关键词:油井水泥,降失水剂,水灰比Present status of cement fluid loss additive and its developmentABSTRACTCement fluid loss additive of oil well is a way to control cement slurry fluid permeable formation filtration, thus maintaining the grout a suitable cover material.
