This article chooses several star hotel zhoushan city as the research object including three star hotel: the sea continent hotel, zhoushan golden harbor hotel; four-star hotel: zhoushan shenjiamen huafa hotel; five-star hotel sheraton hotel greentown in theory and practice under the premise of combining, mainly through production from job satisfaction questionnaire, analyzed the reason of the grass-roots staff, it is concluded that the loss of this a few hotels staffs loss is the main reason of salary, welfare and promotion opportunity, the means of incentive, management concept, training system, information communication, etc, and for each one are analyzed. Conclusions for the cause analysis of the questionnaire, this paper puts forward from six aspects: one is analyzed to establish scientific salary system and improve salary level; 2 establishing the attractive welfare system, create more opportunities for advancement; Three is to establish people-oriented thoughts, to promote the management idea; Four is the comprehensive use of various encourage means; Five is to help employees develop the individual development plan, carry on various training for employees; Six is getting employees involved in the management, strengthening the communication between the information.
