教学单位 学生学号　 本科毕业论文（设计） 题　　目 农村金融机构对农村技术进步的影响　 学生姓名　 　 专业名称　 经 济 学　 指导教师　 刘 姣 华　　　 2013年12月30日 农村金融机构对农村技术进步的影响 摘要：金融发展通过“资本积累”和“技术进步”两条途径来实现对经济增长的 影响，而“资本积累”只是对经济增长有水平效应，“技术进步”才是决定经济能否长期增长的关键因素。随着农村金融机构的设立和不断改革、完善，我国农村金融和经济都得到了发展，同时也对农村技术进步产生了巨大的影响。但不可否认的是我国农村技术进步、创新以及技术扩散仍不能满足现代农业发展的需要，农村金融发展对我国农村技术进步的作用仍不显著，两者是一种单向因果关系，这就需要进一步改革农村金融体系，使农村金融机构改革以促进农村技术进步为战略方向。本文在回顾金融发展促进技术进步的相关理论基础上，对我国现今农村技术进步的状况及农村金融机构发展与农村技术进步两者间的因果关系进行了实证分析，尤其是农村金融机构对农村技术进步的影响，进而对我国农村金融改革提出了以促进农村技术进步为核心的一系列政策改革建议。 关键词：农村金融机构；农村技术进步；实证分析；单向因果关系 The Impacts of Rural Financial Institutions on Rural Technological progress Abstract: Financial development to realize the impact on economic growth through the capital and technological progress in two ways, and the accumulation of capital only level effect on economic growth, technical progress is the key factor to determine whether the long-term growth of the economy. Financial development, technological progress and economic growth has a symbiotic relationship.
