股权激励机制在万科集团中的运用分析 摘要:股权激励已经不仅仅是社会的需求,更是时代的需求。一个企业要想长久的发展下去,不仅仅需要一个运筹帷幄的领导者,更需要一支忠诚又富有战斗力的团队,这是企业难以估量的财富。时代在发展,传统的管理方法和激励手段的落后,公司与员工是简单的雇佣关系,员工对企业的归属感和责任感不够强烈。在实施股权激励机制的前提下,可以将不对称的关系转变为公平的合作关系,建立所有者与员工的分享机制,形成所有者、公司和员工之间的利益共同体,这对防止人才流失、保持核心人员的忠诚度、调动员工的积极性、强化团队的凝聚力具有重要意义。 本文首先阐述其研究背景和研究意义,以及论文的总体结构。其次介绍股权激励机制的相关理论和概念。主要研究部分是万科集团股权激励机制的现状分析,从实施方案的背景、内容、结果上详细地分析,了解万科集团股权激励机制存在的问题,对其原因分析,完善建议,提出总结。 关键词:股权激励机制;万科;分析 The application analysis of equity incentive mechanism in vanke of China Abstract:Equity incentive is more than the demand of society, it is the demand of the times.
