Abstract: With the innovative development of medical packaging and medical instruments, medical gaskets are increasingly used in medical industry. According to the national pharmaceutical packaging container (material) standard, quality medical gasket shall meet the standards in respect of appearance, heat seal strength, puncture strength, puncture fragmentation, high temperature decomposition, and soluble substance s. Among these properties, heat seal strength determines the seal performance of medical container closure, puncture strength indicates the resistance of gasket to the puncture of injection needle, and evaporation residue reflects the immigration of gasket compositions to packed medicines.
