毕业设计（论文） 题目：产品库存管理策略研究——以长城电器 集团有限公司江门分公司为例 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 指导教师： 学 院： 20XX 年 XX 月 产品库存管理策略研究 ——以长城电器集团有限公司江门分公司为例 摘 要 在任何的企业中，库存都无容置疑的扮演着非常重要的角色，对企业的日常生产、经营管理乃至未来的发展都产生着深远的影响。由于库存成本占用了企业大量的流动资金，因此库存管理水平的高低对企业的经营成本有着直接的影响,尤其是对于一些资金、库存空间等资源都十分有限的中小型企业而言，提高库存管理水平，降低库存成本，更是成为这些企业节约经营成本，规范企业管理的一种迫切需要。本文就是在这个背景下，首先介绍库存管理的研究历史及相关理论，通过对了解其管理方法的基本思想、特点、实施步骤，在此基础上结合长城电器集团有限公司江门分公司自身情况，对该公司的库存管理现状进行调查，分析其库存管理现状、库存特点，通过ABC分类法对其产品进行分类，并对每类产品库存管理提出相应方法来解决公司库存管理问题，以其对公司发展产生一定的积极作用。 关键词： RESEARCH ON PRODUCT INVENTORY MANAGEMENT STRATEGY——TAKING CNC COMPANY JIANGMENG BRANCH AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTRACT In any enterprise, inventory is no doubt plays a very important role, the enterprise daily production, management and future development has a profound influence. The inventory cost occupied plenty of liquid capital of enterprises, therefore has a direct impact on inventory management level of the operating costs of enterprises, especially for some cash, inventory space and other resources are very limited to small and medium enterprises, improve the level of inventory management, reduce inventory costs, is becoming more and more of these enterprises to reduce operating costs, regulate the management of enterprises urgently need. This article is in this background, introduces the research history and theory of inventory management, the basic idea, characteristics, to understand its management procedures, based on the combination of the CNC company Jiangmen branch, investigation of the present situation of the companys inventory management, the inventory management present situation, analysis inventory characteristic, carries on the classification to the product through the ABC classification, and for each category of product inventory management and puts forward the corresponding method to solve the problem of inventory management in the development of the company, have certain positive role.
