1引言introduction
1.1.目的purpose：
本文件的目的是用于对盖州市搪瓷设备厂生产的废酸、废醇尾气缓冲罐进行现场验收测试（SAT），制定测试程序和测试标准，检测此设备是否满足合同技术要求，质量控制文件是否健全，各项技术参数是否稳定可靠，性能符合工艺和GMP要求。
The purpose of this document is to establish the testing procedures and criteria to be followed during the Buffer tank for waste acid and alcohol tail gas site acceptance testing(SAT) at gaizhou city enamel equipment factory ,detect whether the equipment meet technique requirements in the contract, the quality control document is completely or not, the technique parameter is steady or not, and the performance conform to process and GMP requirements.
