设 计 任 务 书题目:轴齿轮的机械加工工艺及工装设计 如图所示轴齿轮,齿数Z为19,模数M为2.5,材料为45钢,工艺类型采用常规工艺,工序安排采用工序分散原则,设备采用通用设备+专用工装 技术要求:1. 轴的内圆与外圆的圆跳度不大于0.03;2. 毛坯调质处理;3. 齿面硬度为HRC45-48 要求对轴齿轮的机械加工工艺规程及加工齿轮的夹具进行设计设计内容:1. 零件图:1张;2. 机械加工工艺过程卡:1张;3. 机械加工工序卡:1套;4. 夹具装配总图:1张;5. 夹具零件图:1张;6. 课程设计说明书:1份内容摘要:按照题目要求,对工件的工艺要求和技术要求进行分析,通过所学的知识先选择合理的毛坯材料,制定最优的工艺路线,以节省成本和工时,并计算所需工时,综合考虑选择插齿进行齿轮加工,分析其工艺性确定工件的定位与夹紧方案,再计算其定位误差和夹紧力,设计其专用的夹具关键词:轴齿轮;
