山东大学经管类本科毕业论文 第 PAGE 1页（共21页） 浅谈企业管理创新 摘 要 在目前的环境下，已不是企业“是否应该”实施管理创新，而是如何有效的实施。企业的生存和持续发展离不开管理创新。管理的新生力量在于不断创新,管理创新是企业生存和发展的主题。现代企业正面临企业内外部复杂的环境变化和国内、国际两个市场的激烈竞争挑战,为适应信息技术的发展和管理现代化的要求，现代企业应具有新的经营思路、新的管理方法和管理模式，同时还应时刻保持着对技术、制度以及市场等的创新管理和知识产权、信息以及战略机制的有效管理。这几种创新是并行的、相互促进的,都直接影响企业竞争能力和发展后劲。创新是一个非常重要而复杂的过程，它既包括技术的创新，也包括制度的创新等。成功的管理创新实质上是管理技术、管理制度、管理组织、管理市场和管理文化等多方面创新的综合体现和必然结果。 关键词：管理创新 技术 制度 生存 发展 Enterprise Management Innovation Abstract In the current environment, not the company should implement management innovation, but how effective implementation. Corporate survival and sustainable development is inseparable from management. The new force is the ongoing management of innovation, management innovation is the theme of survival and development.
