学 士 学 位 论 文 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 学 院： 专 业： 完成日期： 摘 要介绍了客房管理信息系统的开发过程。论述了从需求分析、系统分析、设计、详细设计、以及测试的整个开发过程，总结了开发过程中的经验。 开发成功后可以实现对客房进行的管理，功能包括住宿登记、调房登记、退房结账、客房设置、客房设置、客房查询、房态查看、挂账查询、客户结款、住宿查询、退宿查询、宿费提醒、登记预收报表、客房销售报表、客房销售统计、初始化、操作员设置、密码设置、权限设置等。提高了宾馆客房的管理水平和服务水平。从而将业务处理从纯人工操作转换成人工与计算机共同处理实际需求出发，建立了概念结构，提出了系统设计原则和设计方法,给出了数据库实现方案，开发了一个实用的客房管理信息系统。本软件采用Visual Basic 6.0 开发工具，后台数据库采用ccess 2003。【关键词管理信息系统Visual Basic 6.0；Access 2003 Abstract With the increasing of business transactions and travelings, an efficiency hotel management system was needed in the information age. It can provide customers excellent services. It not only give peoples more convenience but also enhance the economic benefits of corporations. This paper introduced the process of developing this hotel management system. It is important to make the hotel management system accessible in the information age. This paper had discussed the Demand Analysis, System Analysis, System Design, Detailed Design, and System Testing. There are many experiences in the development process. After the successful development of this system, it realized the room for more comprehensive management. The function of this system included the hotel registration, housing registration, check out, room settings, room settings, guest enquiries, real state view, query, customer credit payment, accommodation inquiry, Tuisu enquiries, lodging reminding, registration of advance statements, room sales statements, sales statistics, initialization, the operator sets, password, permission settings. Improve the management of the hotel rooms and service level. Thus business deal with the conversion from a purely manual operation by human and computer processing. The paper also embarks from the actual demand, established the concept of structure, proposes the systematic design principle and design method, gives the database program, the development of a practical management information system of guest room.
