一种遥控式葡萄园一体化施肥机的设计摘要葡萄施肥是葡萄保质增产的一项必须的园艺制作工艺。目前,我国多数葡萄园施肥仍采用人工作业，劳动强度大、工作效率低、施肥效果差，并且随着劳动力成本的不断提高和农村青壮年外出打工造成的劳动力短缺，葡萄园施肥机械化的需求越来越迫切。葡萄园施肥的方式有两种：地表施肥和深埋施肥。但是由于葡萄园内部空间小，大棚葡萄园内部空间更小，而我国现有的施肥机多是与大型拖拉机配套，体积大，无法在现有狭窄的葡萄园内进行深埋施肥作业,除此之外，市场上还没有专门对葡萄园进行地表施肥的施肥机。所以研制一台能在葡萄园内进行开沟、施肥、覆土、压实一体化作业的深埋施肥机，兼有地表施肥的功能，具有重要的现实意义。针对目前我国葡萄农业的发展现状，设计了遥控式葡萄园一体化施肥机，施肥机主要由肥料箱、支架、丝杠、安装底板、动力系统、驱动系统、链条传动系统、转向系统、开沟系统、出肥系统、远程控制系统等组成。通过利用三维软件Solidworks对各个零部件进行三维模拟，最后完成整个施肥机装配；通过理论计算，对各个零部件进行选型和参数设计。关键词：葡萄园；遥控式；地表施肥；深埋施肥；一体化作业AbstractFertilization is a must horticultural work procedures in vineyards that can increases yield and quality.At present, the majority of fertilization is still in manual completion in China, strenuosity, low efficiency, poor effect and along withrising labor costs and the shortage of young labor, the demand for mechanization of vineyards fertilization is growing more and more intense. There are two fertilization ways:surface fertilization and deep-lying fertilization.However,the space is little in vineyards,and it is smaller in grape greenhouse graden.Most of fertilization machines are working with large tractors; they are too large to work in narrow vineyards. In addition,the market has no fertilization machines that are specifically for surface fertilization. So we design a remotely controlled integration operation fertilization machine,with the ditching, fertilizing, earthing compacting function,combining with surface fertilization function:it has great real significance.In the light of current development of domestic grape farming and production , we design a remotely controlled integration operation fertilization machine.
