摘 要 实现农牧交错带的可持续发展对该地区的经济和生态具有双重意义。衡量该地区的发展是否处于可持续的状态是实现可持续发展目标的前提。生态足迹法是定量衡量一个地区发展状况的方法，本文运用该方法计算了处于我国北方农牧交错带阴山北麓的武川县2002年的生态足迹和生态承载力。计算的结果为：武川县生态足迹为1.38hm2/cap，而该地区的生态承载力为1.16hm2/cap，存在生态赤字0.22hm2/cap。表明武川县目前的发展处于不可持续的状态。通过对当地的实际情况的分析，提出武川县需要通过控制人口、提高土地生产力、改善土地利用方式、提高资源的利用效率等多种手段和方法来减少当地的生态赤字，促进该地区实现可持续发展。本文还对目前生态足迹法在计算中存在的一些问题进行了讨论，对其应改进的几个方面加以了阐述。 关键词： 生态足迹，可持续发展，武川 Application of ecological footprint analysis method in measuring ecological sustainable development of north ecotone棗a case study of Wuchuan county aAbstract : To promote sustainable development of ecotone has important significance both in economy and ecology. It is premise for achieving sustainable development to evaluate whether the regional development is in sustainable situation,. Wuchuan County locates in the north ecotone of China, whose ecological footprint is calculated with the data from statistical yearbooks of the region in 2002.The result shows that the ecological footprint of Wuchuan is 1.38hm2, the ecological capacity is 1.16hm2,and the ecological deficit is 0.22hm2,which indicates that the developing situation in Wuchuan County was unsustainable. Based on the analysis of the actual situation of Wuchuan County, suggestions have been provided to decrease the ecological deficit. Multiple approaches should be taken in this region to achieve the goal of sustainable development, such as slowing down the population increasing rate, increasing the productivity of land, changing the traditional mode of land exploitation, improving the utility efficiency of resources and so on. Also some questions were discussed in this article.
