This paper uses Japanese OMRON series programmable controller as a control module, and designs tank and valve for steam sterilization and cooling, filling, CIP cleaning process procedures of aseptic tank system. This system not only completes the hardware configuration and software design of aseptic tank control system, but also by using Century Star configuration software has realized the real-time monitoring system design, to the entire working state of aseptic tank system in real-time monitoring, and makes the whole design vivid, practical. Adopting PLC to control from the sterilization to the CIP cleaning, enables the control of tank system automatic, not only for labor productivity increasing, for aseptic performance stable, the degree of automation and production boosting are all full of profound significance, but also for the development of aseptic packaging technology plays a good promoting role.
