毕业设计(论文) 题 目:　流程工业综合自动化仿真平台的建设 学 院: 专 业: 班 级: 姓 名: 指导老师: 起讫日期: 2009-03-01～2009-06-10 2010 年 06 月  流程工业综合自动化仿真平台的建设 摘 要 随着现代流程工业日趋大型化、复杂化和自动化系统的模型化与仿真已成为过程系统工程领域的重要研究内容并成为进行设备参数设定、控制系统设计、生产预测分析、决策支持优化以及员工培训等活动不可或缺的一门技术。而计算机技术的不断发展更是推动了仿真技术的广泛应用。 本文首先设计了流程模拟系统，精馏分离动态模拟CSTR（连续搅拌反应）实时仿真和乙醇发酵仿真。然后将流程模拟数据，最后利用ASP.NET技术开发了基于浏览器/服务器模式的展示系统在Web页面上生成各装置和整个系统的数据，建立起流程工业综合自动化仿真平台。 关键词 : 流程模拟 The Building of Process Industry Automation Simulation Platform Abstract With the increasing enlargement, complication and automation of t modern process industry, system modeling and simulation has become an important research area of process systems engineering and an essential technology for equipment parameter settings, control system design, production and forecasting analysis, decision support optimization as well as staff training and other activities .The continuous development of computer technology promote the wider use of simulation technology. The process simulation system consists of three process simulation experiments: the static and dynamic simulation of Distillation based on the Aspen software, the Real-Time Simulation of CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) and the ethanol fermentation simulation established on Simulink .The process simulation system simulation data are stored in the back-end database Oracle. The data exhibition system is developed based on browser / server model with ASP.NET technology and it calls the Oracle database storage to generate various device parameters of the process simulation and the whole system simulation data on the Web page. The integrated process industry automation simulation platform is established after these steps.
