摘要
外墙外保温系统是保温隔热体系置于外墙外侧的保温系统,其在技术、 经济、 环境等各方面的优点较突出,适用范围广泛。玻化微珠保温砂浆具有优良的保温隔热性能和抗老化、耐候及防火性能,强度高粘结性能好,无空鼓、开裂现象,现场施工加水搅拌即可使用。
本文对无机、有机防火材料进行系统分析,通过比试验设计,对防火指数、导热系数、强度等各项技术指标进行了研究,选取玻化微珠保温浆料。
实验结果表明,随着玻化微珠的掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数降低,抗压强度增加,干密度增加;随着水泥掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数变化较小,抗压强度增加,干密度先降低后增加;随着乳胶粉掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数先降低后增加,抗压强度先增加后降低,干密度减小;随着发泡剂掺量增加,保温浆料的导热系数、抗压强度和干密度均减小。燃烧性能符合国家A级标准。
玻化微珠保温浆料的最佳配比:玻化微珠160 kg/m3,水泥150 kg/m3,乳胶粉5 kg/m3,发泡剂1.5kg/m3,水料比1.1。
