江西工业工程职业技术学院 毕 业 论 文 题目: 针对公关危机的问题与对策 姓 名 班 级 学 号 专 业 市场营销 指导老师 10月 28 日 摘 要随着我国加入和经济全球化的不断发展,我国企业面临着更激烈的国内外竞争环境,公共关系研究在国内也得到了前所未有的重视。公共关系研究在西方发达国家起步较早,包括国家、企业等都对这一领域展开了积极地研究。公关危机作为公共关系里面的一个重要的组成部分日益引起重视本文结合我国企业的公关人员处理公关危机的现状,对这一问题进行了初步探索。文章首先明确了公关危机和公关危机处理的概念;在此基础上对公关人员处理公关危机的一般原则和处理公关危机的必要性进行了简单地阐述;接着对公关人员存在的对危机的处理缺乏必要的认识、缺乏责任心漠视公众的反应、缺乏应急处理能力、缺乏公关危机处理的科学性和规范性以及媒体关系处理不到位等问题进行了分析;并进一步提出了公关人员在处理危机准备、与外界沟通、兼顾全局利益和处理方式创新等方面提高公关人员处理公关危机能力的策略。关键词:公关危机策略现状Abstract with chinas accession to wto and the continuous development of economic globalization,chinese enterprises are facing more intense competition at home and abroad. china has also been an unprecedented emphasis on it. public relations research started early in the western developed countries, including the state, enterprises that are all active in this area carried out to study it. public relations research is growing more and more attention as a public relations crisis. in this paper, we have a preliminary eploration abase to the status to handle public relations crisis. this article first shows public relations crisis and the concept of public relations crisis management. on this basis, we have a simple eposition on the crisis of public relations personnel to deal with the general principles of public relations and the necessity. then there is the right of the public relations crisis in dealing with the lack of the necessary awareness, lack of accountability and ignoring the public response, the lack of emergency response capacity, lack of public relations crisis management of the scientific and normative, as well as media relations. and we further put forward the public relations staff in dealing with the crisis preparation, to communicate with the outside world, taking into account the overall interests and deal with such areas of innovation to improve public relations personnel to deal with public relations
