Forestry development is shouldering the economic development and the development of the dual task of balancing the ecological environment, that is an important economic component of sustainable development, So in recent years more and more people choose to forestry enterprises as a long-term investment. In this paper, Guangxi Forestry Development Co., Ltd. Sunrise company as an example to study the financing problem. Study of the Guangxi Forestry Development Company’s Limited financing and financing risks to understand the company’s identify problems in financing, analyzes the reasons, and then give four measures to solve the problems as to broaden the financing channels and optimize the capital structure; establishment of financial risk control system; improve the management of professional quality; improve the financing of the external environment .
