精品论文 参考文献 高通量透析与低通量透析对维持性血液透析患者的治疗效果比较 龙静 　　湖北来凤县民族医院 湖北 来凤县 445700 　　【摘要】目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者经高通量透析与低通量透析治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的92例维持性血液透析病患的临床资料，病患收治时间在2013年8月至2015年5月间，将患者随机分为两组，每组各有病患46例，对照组采用低通量透析治疗，观察组采用高通量透析治疗，比较两组患者的营养状态、微炎症状态水平、血磷、血钙、血浆白蛋白指标变化情况。结果 ①观察组治疗后的营养状态、微炎症状态水平明显改善，与对照组相比有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。②观察组治疗6个月末的血浆白蛋白指标与对照组相较存在统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。③观察组治疗6个月末的钙磷代谢指标与对照组相比有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 高通量透析在维持性血液透析患者的治疗中应用效果显著，可促使患者营养状况得以改善，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】低通量透析；高通量透析；维持性血液透析 　　【Abstract】 Objective to investigate patients with maintenance hemodialysis via dialysis and low flux, high flux dialysis treatment clinical curative effect. Methods select our hospital clinical data of 92 patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients, patients treated time in August 2013 to May 2015, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group have patient, the control group with low flux dialysis treatment, observation group with high flux dialysis treatment, compared two groups of patients nutrition status, slightly inflammatory state level, blood plasma albumin, blood calcium and phosphorus index changes. Results (1) to observe group after treatment of nutritional status, the inflammatory state level improved significantly, compared with the control group was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). (2) the observation group plasma albumin for the treatment of late six indicators compared with the control group there is statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). 6 (3) to observe the treatment group at the end of the calcium phosphorus metabolism index compared with the control group was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
